Fixed scope, fixed price.

No hourly billing on the Advisory side. Every package has its scope and deliverables defined upfront in writing — if scope expands during the engagement, we re-price together. Package pricing is shared during the diagnostic call; it varies by company size and scope.

We're a small business — do these packages fit us?

Our main packages are designed for 10M+ TL revenue companies. For smaller teams, the Strategy Workshop (1 day) or Rapid Diagnostic (2 weeks) format is a better fit.

Why aren't prices listed on the website?

Every package scope varies by company — the same AI Adoption Roadmap is scoped differently for a 40-person firm vs. a 400-person firm. We share custom scope and pricing during the diagnostic call.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

We guarantee deliverable scope (documents, presentations, roadmap). Business outcomes depend on execution — strategy matters as much as the team implementing it.

How is confidentiality protected?

NDA is standard. All data is handled in compliance with KVKK and GDPR. Enterprise customers get custom security protocols.

Who implements the strategy once delivered?

Two options: your internal team implements it, or you hand it to our Systems line and we implement it. Implementation is not included in the Advisory package.

Payment terms?

40% kickoff, 30% midpoint (week 6), 30% final delivery. EUR or TL invoicing, TR and EU bank accounts.
